Flat Plate
Flat Plate Galvanized can be combined with cable bolts to provide support.
Flat Plate Galvanized are available in two different models: single-hole and double-hole, designed to accommodate single-cable bolts and double-cable bolts, respectively.

The Flat plate transmits the thrust generated by the locking torque of the nut to the top side to generate the initial anchor force, and at the same time to transmit the pressure of the top side of the roadway to the bolt to generate working resistance, strengthen the surrounding rock together and preventing the roadway displacement of the top gang.
The flat plate is usually used in conjunction with cable bolts, it has a stable structure, is easy to install, has a unique design, excellent force-bearing effect and is easy to install. Flat plate is widely applied in mine roof support, various tunnel support, coal mines, metal mines and highway slope support.

The round plate has a stable structure, is easy to install, has a unique design, excellent force-bearing effect and is easy to install.

Domed Plate
When choosing a domed plate, firstly, it is necessary to meet the strength matching between the domed plate and the anchor bolt body, so as to avoid the phenomenon of anchor bolt perforation caused by insufficient strength of the domed plate. The second is to meet the matching of the anchor bolt and the anchor bolt body on the supporting structure, so as to avoid uneven force on the anchor bolt body and nut due to the mismatch between the anchor bolt body and the domed plate on the supporting structure, which will affect the support of the roadway protection effect.
- The domed plate is made from 120-200 millimeters wide, hot-rolled steel.
- Domed plate conform to AS/NZS 1594:2002 standard.
- Provide stable support for the bolt even in the rough rock layers.
- The galvanized coating is available to protect the plates from corrosion.

Star Plate
The function of the star plate is to transfer the thrust generated by the locking moment of the nut to the top side, creating the initial anchoring force. At the same time, it transmits the pressure on the top side of the roadway to the anchor bolt, generating working resistance. Together, they reinforce the surrounding rock and prevent the displacement of the top side of the roadway.
- The Star Plate is engineered to evenly distribute the load from the roof bolt in all directions, effectively preventing loose strata from collapsing between rock bolts.
- The Star Plate can resist warping under high pressure.

Combi Plate
Duplex Plate is a combination plate for use with friction bolts to have a larger area to support the rock and make the friction bolt system perform better. It is also used for fixing and bearing mesh, and with a hanger loop on the top plate.
Duplex Plate also used for hanging ventilation or lighting systems etc.

Mesh Plate
When choosing a plate, firstly, it is necessary to meet the strength matching between the mesh plate and the anchor bolt, so as to avoid the phenomenon of anchor bolt perforation caused by insufficient strength of the anchor plate.
The second is to match the anchor plate and the anchor bolt body on the supporting structure, so as to avoid uneven force on the anchor bolt body and nut due to the mismatch between the anchor bolt body and the tray on the supporting structure, affecting the roadway support protection effect.
- The mesh plate is made by welding a flange nut to the plate.
- The mesh plate is made from hot-rolled steel.
- Mesh plate conforms to the AS/NZS 1594:2002 standard.
- Mesh plate provides support for the pre-installed rock bolt.
