Plain Cable Bolt
The Plain Cable Bolt is an important support component, widely used in mine engineering. Composed mainly of steel strands, riggings, plates and other parts.
By inserting cables into the interior of the surrounding rock and applying prestress, the unstable rock strata are linked with the deep stable rock strata to form an integrated whole, jointly bearing the pressure of the surrounding rock.
- The rod is made of steel strands, and its flexible shear bearing capacity is the same as that of cables.

How to use
- Assess the ground conditions thoroughly.
- Bore a hole based on the bolt's diameter and length, ensuring it's 200mm to 500mm shorter than the bolt itself.
- Fix a breather tube along the entire length of the bolt, allowing it to extend approximately two meters from the hole.
- Affix roughly one meter of grout tube to the cable bolt's end, leaving enough excess to connect to the pump.
- Place the cable bolt into the hole and seal it to prevent grout loss during pumping.
- Link the grout tube to the pump and submerge the breather tube in a water container. Start pumping and observe air bubbles escaping in the water.
- Once the hole is filled and bubbles cease, the grouting is complete.
- Tension the cable bolt after the grout has set.
Bulbed Cable Bolt
The Bulbed Cable bolt can offer higher shear strength than the standard bolt and has greater bending capacity, so that it can better prevent or inhibit the lateral movement of rock.
Bulbed Cable is often used to support those areas that standard product support is not strong enough or has poor effect.

Expansion Shell Cable Bolt
The expansion shell cable bolt is a spring loaded shell that can be automatically set on installation. The cable shell can be used for the following medium soft to very hard rock applications:
- Pre-stressed cable bolting in large span areas
- Pre-stressed cable bolting in hanging wall
- Cable lacing anchors and others.
