Swellex Hydraulic Bolt
The Swellex Hydraulic Bolt, also known as a hydraulic expansion anchor bolt, is a double-layer tubular bolt made from seamless steel pipes with an outer diameter larger than the anchor hole diameter. After the steel pipe is placed into the anchor bolt hole, high-pressure water is used to make it expand.
During the expansion process, the Swellex Hydraulic Bolt deforms, and the wall of the anchor bolt pipe completely adheres to the irregular hole wall of the anchor bolt hole. The frictional force and self-locking force generated along the entire length of the anchor bolt thereby reinforce the rock mass.
It has the advantages of simple construction, full-length anchoring and strong anchoring force. It is widely applied in mine roof support, various tunnel support, open-pit coal mine and highway slope support, etc., and the support effect is very good.
