A mobile raiseboring machine.
Easer L is a mobile raiseboring machine for drifts and tunnels from 4.5 m x 4.5 m. Easer can drill both upwards and downwards as a traditional raiseborer, but large relief holes are superior compared to traditional drill pattern. Easer L does not need a concrete platform. No site preparation is necessary and all equipment, except the drill rods, are part of the carrier. The rig is wheel mounted, making it exceptionally easy to move to wherever it is needed in the mine. Easer L can be relied on to drill holes with greater power and efficiency.
Low-profile, lightweight raise drill rig for slot holes, back filling and narrow vein mining applications.
Robbins 34RH is a low-profile raiseboring machine for holes ranging from 0.6 to 1.5 m (2-5 ft.) in diameter. The highly versatile 34RH combines form and function to save you time and money. Thanks to its small footprint, the rig requires a smaller drilling pad and fewer tie-down bolts. Incredibly effective in conventional raiseboring, as well as down reaming and upward boxhole boring, the Robbins 34RH is the most versatile raise drill rig on the market.
Low profile, lightweight raise rig for holes of smaller diameter.
Robbins 34RH QRS is a low profile raiseboring machine for holes ranging from 0.72 to 1.2 m (2.4-4 ft.) in diameter. This powerful Robbins machine can tackle most rock types to give you the power you need in tight spaces. Robbins 34RH QRS moves into position quickly and eliminates many of the time-consuming preparations necessary with traditional raiseboring machines. When access to the lower level in a mine is limited, Robbins 34RH QRS adds power and flexibility to your operations.
Low profile and lightweight raiseboring machine for both civil engineering and mining applications.
Robbins 44RH is a low profile and lightweight raiseboring machine for holes ranging from 1.0 to 1.8 m (3.5-6 ft.) in diameter. The rig has been optimized for low ceilings and holes up to 1.8 meters in diameter. With a height of only 3.25 m, the low-profile Robbins 44RH is designed to provide immense penetrating power in constricted work spaces. Its compact design offers greater maneuverability without sacrificing high torque and thrust. Robbins 44RH can be relied on to drill holes with greater power and efficiency.
Low profile raise drill for holes ranging from 1.2 to 2.4 m in diameter.
The Robbins 53RH is a low profile raise drill for holes ranging from 1.2 to 2.4 m (4-8 ft.) in diameter. This unique multipurpose raise drill is able to perform upwards boxhole boring as well as conventional raiseboring with no need to modify the drive assembly. The main gearbox features two float boxes to easily switch from raise to boxhole mode. Two double-acting telescopic cylinders can exert equal thrust in both directions. The 53RH is cleverly compact yet powerful, granting it greater flexibility to tackle a variety of tough applications where workspace is restricted.
Robbins 73 rigs are the sturdiest, most widely sold raiseboring rigs in the world.
Robbins 73 rigs are the sturdiest, most widely sold raiseboring rigs in the world. Reliable in a variety of applications, these medium-sized machines drill holes from 1.5 to 3.1 m (5-10 ft.) in diameter. Standard functions include anti-jamming, auto makeup and the gradual ramp-up of speed and torque. At Atlas Copco, we strive to construct high-quality machines that are easy to set up, operate and maintain – and our Robbins 73 rigs are no exception. Robbins 73 machines are built to serve and built to last.
